We are based in Australia and we are inviting tenders from qualified and experienced service provider for 24 X 7 Helpline Services. We are looking to establish a new national 24 hours a day, seven days a week telephone support helpline for Australian Public to obtain health triage, advice and information. The anticipated contract period will commence on 1 July 2010.
Scope of Services:
1) The Service Provider must deliver a new national 24 hours a day, seven days a week telephone support helpline to provide callers with greater access to objective, evidence-based information and advice to support decision making.
