We are Alberta; Canada based organization looking for expert vendor for call center solution.

[C] Scope of Service:
(1) The call center will have an initial capacity of 10 callers, housed in a designated permanent physical location. Also require the capability to expand/contract number of users. The initial call campaign in the Fall of 2010 will involve contacting approximately 8000 people.
(2) Desired Functionality of Call Center
(2.1) Integration with an enterprise system (The U of L uses Sungard Banner), including information on the donor including giving history, biographic information, etc.
