We are Arkansas; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of After hours Inbound Call Center Service.
[A] Scope of Service:
(1) Service provider needs to answer incoming calls from 4:30 pm till 8:00 am Monday thru Friday and 4:30 pm till 8:00 am Friday thru Monday.
[B] Work Performance:
Work performance will be Offsite; service provider needs to provide offsite out of hours call answering service within UK.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only), Companies from USA and those who are having branch office or Point of Contact in USA can apply.
