Approximate volume of the incoming calls after normal business hours, (weekend and holidays, emergencies, building closure) will be 840 per month.
[D] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only).
[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform work in their own office premises.
