Educational organization located in UK; looking for expert vendor for Call Center Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Call Center Services for Educational organization.
(2) The Centre must provide a service which is available from 8:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday (excluding Public holidays).
(3) The Centre will handle all inbound or outbound traffic generated; enquiries are received through a number of channels including telephone, e-mail, via the TDA website, white-mail or TDA events.
(4) Contract period shall be for three (3) years and it may extend for two additional one (1) year periods.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite/offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our/their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (UK Only)
